A Uni\u00e3o Europeia e os Estados Unidos publicaram os Princ\u00edpios orientadores das boas pr\u00e1ticas de IA no desenvolvimento de medicamentos<\/em><\/strong>, a 14 de janeiro de 2026, como parte de um esfor\u00e7o estrat\u00e9gico para harmonizar crit\u00e9rios regulamentares. A iniciativa de trabalho colaborativo EMA-FDA tem a miss\u00e3o de promover a seguran\u00e7a e a responsabilidade na utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da Intelig\u00eancia Artificial, com o objetivo de tirar partido dos dados, da digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e da IA.<\/p>\n

Quadro comum, execu\u00e7\u00e3o distinta<\/h2>\n

O alinhamento de crit\u00e9rios entre as duas ag\u00eancias reguladoras tem como objetivo orientar a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da IA no \u00e2mbito farmac\u00eautico sem travar a inova\u00e7\u00e3o. No entanto, quando estes princ\u00edpios s\u00e3o transpostos para os rascunhos regulamentares, surgem matizes relevantes: objetivos partilhados, mas abordagens distintas. N\u00e3o obstante, observa diferen\u00e7as: a EMA integra a IA no quadro GMP de forma preventiva e estruturada, enquanto a FDA d\u00e1 prioridade \u00e0 credibilidade e \u00e0 proporcionalidade ao uso.
